Ingredients:
1 avocado (peeled & sliced)
1-2 frozen bananas
1 c. yogurt (I've tried & liked plain, vanilla, & peach so far)
At least 1 c. milk (keep adding for easier blending)
1 Tbs. honey (optional)
Directions:
Puree in blender & eat immediately! Omg! This is the most amazing thing in the whole world!!
**Tip: Before your bananas turn rotten, unpeel them, slice them and stick them in the freezer for occasions like this!
